How do I start selling on Console Logs?
To start selling, create an account on Console Logs. Once you’ve logged in, go to the Dashboard and click on Create New App to start listing your projects. Make sure to fill in all the required details and submit your app for review.

What types of digital products can I sell?
You can sell a variety of digital assets, including mockups, website templates, wireframes, typography sets, UI components, plugins, scripts, libraries, and more. We welcome both designers and developers to offer creative and functional resources to our community.

How do I price my apps?
Pricing is up to you! However, we recommend considering factors like the time invested, the uniqueness of your app, and similar offerings on the platform. Make sure your pricing is competitive yet fair for the value you provide.

How does the app approval process work?
After submitting your app, our team will review it to ensure it meets the quality standards and guidelines of Console Logs. If your app is approved, it will be listed in the Approved Apps table and made available for purchase. If it’s rejected, you’ll find it in the Rejected Apps table along with feedback for improvements.

What should I do if my app gets rejected?
If your app is rejected, don’t worry! You can review the feedback provided by the our team, make the necessary adjustments, and re-submit the app for approval. Focus on addressing any specific issues mentioned in the feedback to increase the chances of getting approved.

How do I update my app?
To update an existing app, go to the Approved Apps section in your dashboard and click the Edit option beside the app. You can make changes to the app details, upload new files, and update the version number. Remember to fill out the "What's New" field to inform buyers of the changes. Once done, submit the updated version for review.

How is my revenue calculated?
Revenue is calculated based on the sales of your apps after deducting any platform charges. We take flat 10% of every sale. No hidden fees, just straightforward earnings for your creativity. You can view your earnings in the Revenue section of your dashboard, which breaks down your Total Earnings and This Week’s Earnings (resetting every Monday at 00:00 UTC).

How do I handle customer feedback and ratings?
Customers who purchase your app can leave ratings and reviews, which are visible in the Reviews section of the app details page. Each rating contributes to your app’s overall average rating. Engage with feedback positively and use it as an opportunity to improve your offerings. Address any concerns professionally to maintain a good relationship with buyers.

What happens when I archive an app?
Archiving an app means it will no longer be available for new purchases, but customers who previously bought it can still access and use it. It will be moved to the Archived Apps section of your dashboard. You can reactivate an archived app anytime by editing and resubmitting it for approval.

How do I promote my apps on Console Logs?
Promoting your apps effectively can boost visibility and sales. Share your listings on social media, use high-quality images, write detailed and engaging descriptions, and respond to user inquiries promptly.

Can I change the price of an app after it has been published?
Yes, you can change the price of your app by editing the app details. Go to the Approved Apps section, click Edit, update the price, and submit the changes for review. The new price will take effect once the review is complete and the updated app is published.

What support is available for sellers?

How do I withdraw my earnings?
Earnings can be withdrawn directly from your seller dashboard once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold of 25 USD. Simply navigate to the Payouts section, enter your payment details, and submit a withdrawal request. Make sure your payment information is accurate to avoid delays.

What happens if my app is flagged?
If your app is flagged, it means there may be an issue such as a policy violation or customer complaint that needs to be addressed. The app will be temporarily removed from the marketplace until the issue is resolved. Review the feedback, make the necessary changes, and resubmit the app for approval to get it back online.
