How to change your password

1. Log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, please follow the instructions to How to signup for Console Logs.

2. Once logged in, click on the dropdown menu located at the top right corner of the header. From the menu, select Your Profile to open your profile page.

3. To the right side of the heading, you’ll see Edit Profile button. Click on it to open your profile in edit mode.

4. In edit profile form, find the Change Password button to the right of the Edit Profile heading. Click on it to proceed.

5. In the first field, enter your current password to verify your identity. Forgot your current password? Log out and follow the Reset Password instructions to reset your password.

6. In the new password field, enter a strong password that meet the following criteria.

   • Minimum 6 characters.
   • Must include at least one special character (e.g., @, #, !).
   • Must include at least one uppercase letter.
   • Must include at least one lowercase letter.
   • Must include at least one number.

7. Re-enter your new password in the "Confirm Password" field to ensure they match.

8. Once all fields are filled correctly, click the Update Password button to update your new password.
